Chicago’s 2nd Annual Venetian Night On The River Walk
The Italian American Human Relations Foundation of Chicago (IAHRF) is hosting Chicago’s 2nd Annual Venetian Night on the River Walk on Saturday, July 30, 2022.
Since 1958, Chicago has celebrated this amazing nautical parade that is named after the ever-popular boat parades of Venice, Italy. Honorary Chairman, Secretary of State Jesse White will kick off the festivities as Master of Ceremonies. Italian-themed entertainment will also be provided. River Walk charters and restaurants will be in full participation adding Venetian Night themed-decor and appeasements.
Decorated boats will assemble on the Chicago River, just west of the Merchandise Mart beginning at 7:00 pm The regatta will begin at 8:30 pm and proceed east to Navy Pier in time for Navy Pier’s fireworks display. The IAHRF welcomes all to celebrate this wonderful piece of Italy in Chicago.
