ITALIAN SUMMER COOKING CLASS!… “RIPIENI”!

Take a tantalizing culinary tour of Italy with language teacher & passionate amateur chef Giovanna Dimetros.

Your fun-filled adventure will include a cooking class, recipes, general information, and a mini-language class with the spellings and pronunciations of Italian words and phrases related to food.. Italian music will be played in the background. Singles and couples welcome.

Our menu for this fun-filled culinary journey will include:

 

  
 
 
1) The Tuscan specialty: Cannelloni Ripieni:   
    “We will be making stuffed cannelloni with sheets of fresh pasta,” then we’ll
     bake them covered in a delicious bechamel and pomarola sauce.
  

2) A variety of delicious and colorful stuffed summer vegetables.

3) For dessert we’ll make a mouth watering cannoli filling, served with cannoli chips… and we will end our meal with  fresh ripe peaches in vino bianco!!

Please remember to bring your own wine or beverages! We’ll play a little Italian trivia game during the evening pertaining to foods and culture to enhance the evening!
