Enjoy dinner after the IAVM’s June 5 event!
Classically trained chef Mark Triggiano will offer a sumptuous Italian feast in the Banquet Center at Casa Italia after the IAVM’s June 5 presentation. For a cost of only $25 per person, you can enjoy tossed salad, antipasti, focaccia, pasta all’amatriciana (light tomato sauce with pancetta and wine), spezzatino (beef stew with potatoes and carrots in a red wine sauce) with polenta, green beans, dinner rolls, butter, fruit, coffee, water and soft drinks.
