After emigrating from Gorizia as a refugee in the 1950’s, Bucci carved out a unique career as an automobile designer, trade show exhibit creator, and a promotor of Itaian American artists in Chicago. He is best know for is working replicas of the Trevi Fountain, the “on The Road to Greatness”, Lincoln statuary in Chicago Heights, Quincentennial Columbus Globe at Governors State University, concept cars at the 1964 World’s Fair, and many spectacular McCormick Place exhibits for the Italian Tourism Board.
