| Sponsorship Opportunities The Michelangelo, $5,000 – The Michelangelo sponsorship includes signage recognition at the event, logo placement on Casa Italia’s website, one table of 10 at the event, and a prestige border page color ad in our celebration ad book. The Leonardo da Vinci, $3,000 – The Leonardo da Vinci sponsorship includes signage recognition at the event, logo placement on Casa Italia’s website, five tickets at the event, and a gold border page color ad in our celebration ad book. The Dante, $2,000 – The Dante sponsorship includes signage recognition at the event, logo placement on Casa Italia’s website, two tickets at the event, and a silver border page color ad in our celebration ad book. |

Raffle Tickets
Grand Prize: $5,000 in Cash. Cost per ticket is $25 each or 5 for $100.Winner need not be present. Winner is responsible for all taxes associated with winning prize. No Substitutions.Call the Casa Italia office at 708-345-5933 Ext. 2 to purchase raffle tickets.

Congratulatory notes and business ads for placement in our celebration ad book. Please e-mail your camera ready ad (PDF or JPEG) or the text for your ad to gala@casaitaliachicago.org. Ad should be formatted to 4 ½ Wide x 7 ½ Long. Ad Deadline is January 27, 2020. After this date call 708-345-5933.
