The Greener The Grass is a short film written and directed by Solveig Herzum that received a grant from Northwestern University to film this fall. The film is a detailed look at one day in the life of a young girl, daughter of Italian immigrants and growing up in the U.S. By following her as she navigates the contrasting worlds of her home and school life, this film seeks to shed light on the modern-day multicultural experience of children and the conflicts between generations it brings.
We are seeking two Italian speakers to play the roles of:
1. MOTHER (native speaker) (ages 28-45)
2. FATHER (fluent) (ages 30-45).
